The Jonathan Alder Local School District hosted its second annual Family Night for English Learner families on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Nearly 100 students and their family members were able to engage in literacy, math, enrichment, virtual reality, and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) activities. Community agencies including Daily Needs Assistance (DNA) and the Plain City Library were present to provide information to families. All of the students who attended were able to take home a new book, t-shirt, learning activities/games and pizza from Jan & Tony's to share with their family.
