We are excited to invite Jonathan Alder staff, students, and their families to Space Night on Friday, April 4, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at Canaan Middle School. Thanks to amazing support from Amazon, our students are able to experience our Amazon Think Big spaces on a daily basis.
Space Night allows our families the opportunity to come together and experience age appropriate space activities while providing the opportunity for our families to experience what it means to "Think Big" at Jonathan Alder as well as learn more about Space.
Why Space?
Space is cool. Also, Ohio is rising in the world of aeronautics and the possible careers are endless. As space becomes more available to the public, we want our community to be a leading force in knowledge.
What does space have to offer? What has space already done for us?
Space Night is full of activities for preschool through adults and features arts, crafts, coding, robotics, problem solving, AR/VR, engineering, star gazing, reading, etc. Space topics covered include: Space History, Space Exploration, Space Technology, Planets, Constellations, Comets, Space Transportation, among others.
