Students in Mrs. Lorenz's English 9 class practiced their problem-solving, communication, and creative thinking skills in the Think Big Space to build a boat that would better survive the trials Odysseus faced in "The Odyssey." Students had just finished reading the Greek Mythology classic in class and were challenged to work as a team to build a boat in a single class period using only the materials avaiable in the Think Big Space. The boats were put through a series of challenges to determine the best design. Congratulations to Abby B., Mason H., and Mackenzie K. for their winning design!
