Plain City Elementary first graders recently showcased their musical talents in a special informance—a unique presentation that highlights the educational journey of music class, focusing on learning and engagement rather than just performance.
First Grade Informance: A Musical Celebration of Learning!
During the event, students sang songs that reinforced essential skills such as counting, phonics, and rhythm. Some crowd favorites included:
Miss Mary Mack – A fun clapping and rhyming game
Ten Little Robots – A song that made math and counting exciting
I Like to Eat Apples and Bananas – A playful way to explore long and short vowel sounds
