The Jonathan Alder Board of Education held its regular monthly meeting on Monday, October 21, 2024, at Plain City Elementary School. Superintendent, Dr. Miller, opened the meeting with an update on the district before recognizing Mrs. Sarah Wiechman, District Student Support Specialist, with the "Excellence in Action" staff recognition award.
There were two presentations during the meeting, including PCES administration sharing information about the Energy Bus program being implemented at the building. Assistant Superintendent, Mrs. Quick, then gave an overview of the District's most recent state report card.
Additional topics during the meeting included the Treasurers's and Tolles Reports, Personnel Items, overnight trips for the JAHS Wrestling programs, and a TIF agreement with Madison County and Darby Township.
