According to our public notice, we were supposed to open the bids for our Plain City HVAC project yesterday (4/2/24) at noon in the district office. However, due to the weather and safety issues concerning students and transportation, this did not occur. Instead, we will be opening the bids Thursday, April 4th at 2:00pm in the Jonathan Alder High School Athletic Conference Room. If you would like to attend, please do. If not, we will send the bid results to everyone via email, following the bid opening.

The Jonathan Alder School District Board of Education is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment replacements. The Project includes: replacing and installing between 7, 30 ton heat pumps. The work includes removal of existing heat pumps, isolation of piping, and isolation of electrical; reconnecting of new heat pumps, piping, and electrical; the start, test, and check of operations afterwards. Respondents should have experience with public schools. One bid for both labor and materials is requested.
